1. Statement of compliance

All visual representations of sexually explicit conduct published on eroticflix.live are produced with the performers depicted. No depiction involving a person under 18 years of age, or a person who appears under 18, is published on this site.

In accordance with 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the operator of this site maintains the records described below.

2. Records maintained

The name, date of birth, and current address of each performer depicted in visual representations of sexually explicit conduct.
The name and current address of the person other than the performer who has a right of control over the primary economic interest in the content.
The name and current address of the producer of the content, if the producer is not the performer and is not the person with a right of control.
The date on which each visual representation was created.

3. Location and access to records

Records are maintained at the operator’s principal place of business at the address above. They are available for inspection by any authorised law enforcement officer upon presentation of proper identification, in accordance with 28 C.F.R. §75.3.

4. Third-party hosted material

Some material indexed by this site originates with third parties, including camshow videos published by third-party performers. For such material the site acts as an indexer only. The publisher of the underlying content is the primary party responsible for its own §2257 records. Requests for records concerning a specific video should be directed to the publisher identified in the material’s metadata; where that publisher is not identifiable, contact us and we will assist in routing the request.

5. Removal policy for unverified material

Where we cannot verify a performer’s age, we do not publish material depicting them. Where we are unable to verify records for third-party material, we remove that material rather than retain it in an unverified state.
