Model images and stream data are served directly from our upstream content providers’ CDNs for display purposes only. Bulk downloading or hotlinking outside this site is prohibited.

4. Videos and third-party hosting

Videos are hosted on third-party video infrastructure. We do not control or warrant the availability, accuracy, or legality of any third-party video. Titles and metadata may be imperfect. Report inaccurate or infringing material through ourDMCA policy.

5. Intellectual property

The EroticFlix name, logo, site design, code, and original editorial material are owned byDave Parker. Performer likenesses, images, and videos remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence or as permitted by the applicable performer agreement. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights beyond viewing the site as a visitor.

6. Limitation of liability
