DMCA & Content Removal Policy

EroticFlix respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects performers and rightsholders to be able to remove material from the site. We respond to properly submitted takedown notices and performer claims promptly.

1. Copyright infringement notices

If you believe material available on eroticflix.live infringes your copyright, send a notice todmca@eroticflix.live that includes all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list is acceptable.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — a full page URL is ideal.
4. Your contact details: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Send notices to dmca@eroticflix.live. Incomplete notices cannot be actioned. Note that a valid notice carries legal consequences under 17 U.S.C. §512(f) for false or misrepresentative claims.

2. Performer removal requests

If you are a performer (or their authorised representative) and you want your content removed, email dmca@eroticflix.live with:

• Your username on the platform(s) where the content appears.
• URLs of the pages you want removed.
• Confirmation that you are the performer depicted, or that you act for them.
• A working contact address so we can verify the request.

We also honour requests from the upstream platform’s own deletion feed, which removes content for performers deleted or banned from the source platform. We also remove profiles that have not appeared in upstream data for 30 consecutive days, as required by our content agreement.

3. Counter-notices

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@eroticflix.liveincluding: your signature; identification of the removed material and its previous URL; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake; and your name, address, and telephone number, plus consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material after 10 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.

4. Repeat infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access to the site for those who are repeat infringers.

5. Misrepresentation

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, exposes you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f). Please be certain before filing.
